This place was AMAZING! It's hard to find a place where the peruvian chicken hits right and this place def did! The service was great and it felt like a Chiptole type of service, but the Peruvian way. I randomly found this place as I was out of luck with other Peruvian resturants in other locations, but I was so happy to see a Peruvian restaurant close to my hotel. It was a walk away and there were lots of seating. The chicken was delicious and enojoyed the variety of sides like brussel sprouts, fries, and more. Def recommend this place and its really close to Georgetown Law School.

Enjoyed the chicken very much- got the quarter chicken and it was still tons of food. All sauces were great and I had the tasty chickpeas and plantains as a side .

Absolutely OUTSTANDING. The chicken is some of the most tender and flavorful roast chicken out there and the sauces really take it up to another level. They are also very generous with the sides and the plantains and the yuca fries were both outstanding. The rice and the curried greens and potatoes were okayish. Massive portions, very reasonably prices, extremely friendly and fast service, clean and fun interiors and outstanding chicken. Strongly recommended if you're in DC.

This was my second time eating from this restaurant. I first visited this place in March of 2024 but chose to dine in during lunch time. The place get's pretty busy but gets your order made quickly. The staff is friendly but has room to improve. The dine in area is simple and typical to any fast food chain restaurant. If you're expecting a fancy place to dine, this isn't your place but don't let it discourage you from eating here. It's not all about the fine dining atmospheres. They keep the area clean and restrict access to the restrooms to only their customers by using a cypher lock. Their food is very tasty and unique. I couldn't believe how much flavor was packed into these simple items. Their dipping sauces add a fantastic flavor to the meal. During my Washington DC trip in June of 2024, I decided to do take out. Everything was made freshly and packaged nicely. They even included utensils, even though I forgot to ask. This was very helpful, especially when most of the meal required them to enjoy. This restaurant has made my list of 'must have' spots to eat from in DC. It's location is a bit from the typical downtown [tourist] areas from DC. It can be a bit rough during the evening/night hours but still safe if you know your way around. Stop on in and give them a try!

I had never heard of this place. I was doing errands nearby and visited for the first time, and I rate it five stars for their absolutely fantastic quality food! There was no wait in line. The service was friendly and upbeat. You order Chipotle style, picking your main and sides and then pay at the end. I ordered white meat (chicken breast) and two sides; mac and cheese and yucca, and all were incredibly fresh and tasty. The chicken was on the bone and piping hot. The green and white sauces significantly enhanced the flavor of the chicken. There is plenty of single window seats and tables. The interior including the restroom was clean and well lit. I would definitely come back if I were in the area.

the day I grow out of my chicken phase, is the die I reinvent myself, but until then it's district Rico 4life - let's just take a moment here, this was a $15 meal and I got 1/4 of a chicken with two sides - if you're not getting the steamed vegetables, you're on crack. these are incredible, slightly sweet and caramelized with a bit of a char flavor yet still so tender - the chicken is so flavorful, no dry bites even on the thick chicken breast. it's heavily seasoned and moist beyond beneath. I am curious how good of a deal the larger portions are - onion salad is a fresh good option but I'm telling you go double steamed veggies
